Fresh Cut Herbs

Herbs....don't they make everything simply better?

Basil with spaghetti sauce, thyme on roast chicken, parsley and dill in potato salad-- there are so many ways to use fresh herbs! And in the winter, it's good to relax with a cup of peppermint tea or warm up with a stew seasoned with dried savory and sage.

Not only do herbs make food taste good, but they help with digestion and contribute to good health. They are an essential ingredient in the health-conscious cook's kitchen -- or anyone's, for that matter!

We're here to supply you with a diversity of high quality herbs, wild grown right here at our farm among the trees and shrubs. Fresh herbs are available in summer and fall;  and  we keep dried herbs all year round.​​
